Also I haven't played in a bit so are the new unlocks fair game? My initial thinking is they're ok but the equalizer seems a bit iffy.

everything except the buff banner and the direct hit are currently legal in TWL and i think ESEA as well

The buff banner? Really? I thought that item was a strict downgrade compared to the shotgun.

And the direct hit seems like it wouldn't need to be banned either seeing as once a guy has been hit in the air he is probably done for anyways. Especially considering spam potential is a pretty big thing to give up.

again i'm not too sure on ESEA but TWL put it up to a vote and the only ones that didn't pass with 80% or more for allowing them were the DH and banner which surprised me
