EA is at it again, this time announcing that there will be a metric fuckton of DLC for Madden 10. That may sound like a good thing, but most of it is stuff you would expect to find in the game's release, including a harder difficulty setting, and "elite" leaderboards.

As most of you know, the Call of Duty franchise is known for its immersive single player campaigns AND it's multiplayer. It's a deadly combination that has made it one of the most loved franchises in gaming. Well Modern Warfare 2 is on the horizon and some multiplayer footage as been released. Customizable kill streaks? Pretty sweet if you ask me. Watch the video after the jump. One of the multiplayer perks (it would seem)got me jumping for absolute joy.

Even Mexican wrestlers love Brutal Legend. He looks enthralled and amazed. Do you think the Nature Boy Ric Flair will like it this much? I sure hope so! WHOOO! Where's Mysterio?

Dana White, the big boss of the UFC, called out EA and all of his fighters today by issuing this statement: "[If you lend your likeness to EA] you won't be in the UFC."

Battlefield 1943 makes its way to Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation 3 next week for 1200 Microsoft points or $15.
The game is released with 3 playable maps and a 4th one to unlock once the global kill count reaches 43 million.

Battlefield Heroes, the free to play battlefield game with the similar art styling of TF2 is out of beta and online. Not only is the free to play something new to EA, the fact that it wasn't launched with massive press coverage is what took me by surprise.

The game had lots of coverage before launch and before the beta but once it was out of beta, all I got was an email saying "Try this!" from EA. I thought it was a final part of the beta and I finally got my invite, but nope. It's official release.

EA has decided to merge their MMO groups at Mythic and Bioware. Mark Jacobs, GM Mythic, will retire as of yesterday, June 23rd. Ray Muzyka, GM of Bioware, will head up the new group.
