I already have 15 devices that I can watch tv and movies on.  I also don't really feel like controlling things with my voice or stupid gestures.  I just want to play some games.  Is there a clear winner right now?</div>

Nintendo has started claiming the ad revenue for videos featuring gameplay from their games.<br />
<br />
Seems to me that they're shooting themselves in the foot by stifling a major incentive to produce this kind of free advertising for them.<br />
<br />
But this does open up an interesting discussion about how many people profit off of content they didn't create or add comparatively little to.<br />
