Team Grap, Ranny, HevyD, Magic Sausage, and Runic

Last night we played a few games. If you guys are interested, I can upload the replays. I left mad, but realized that we kind of got the shaft in both games regarding both our team comp, and how we initiated. The problem both times WAS initiation. Which actually makes a lot of sense.

Our initiation wasn't all that poor. In fact, Runic made very few mistakes tanking. Those he did make though, were crucial mistakes. I don't know if we're just not used to playing 5v5 together or what. But we let the other teams choose initiation far too often. In fact, almost every time we did, they won.

It might just be practice though. Ranny sucked balls that first game, but somehow was team fuck 9000 the second game.

I also think a huge problem was kill order. CP was complaining about that Wednesday night, but I didn't realize how bad it was until last night. Each time, I'd go straight for Cassio or MF, and somehow if we lost the fight, Alistar or Singed would be low. Well, of course we lost that fight, we've been hitting the tanks. Cassio was squishy as hell, but she did lots of damage, so it was incredibly difficult to kill her unless everyone attacked her. Same with MF. She did lots of damage but was tanky. If we had all focused her, she would've gone down in no time.

Clear lack of focus and initiation. Thoughts?

Re: Team Grap, Ranny, HevyD, Magic Sausage, and Runic

From my experiences it sometimes comes down to what the hell is going on. When playing with multiple people who like to do what they like to do when a clear team leader is not distinguished for everyone to listen to it can cause things like not having a kill order because everyone thinks they should be doing something different due to multiple ideas being flown around or what not. I don't know what was said in vent or whatever about that but that has been my experience playing with you all at the same time sometimes. It just gets a little hectic and it's like uhhh well damn what am I supposed to do when HevyD says something and CP says another because you both think different things. I think it's more of a state of mind that might need to be changed and only have 1 chief and 4 Indians instead of 2 Indians getting confused with 3 chiefs. I don't know if that was a problem in that game for sure or not but that is just my experience when things are not getting done due to 2 people freezing up listening to 3 different commands and just shutting down or doing something completely unexpected. That happens when playing with people quite often now that I think about it. It's a huge downfall to many teams and friends that play together when trying to coordinate, problem is everyone wants to coordinate something differently and just do what they think is better in any given situation.
