    Water Cooing System

I was wondering what everyone's opinion is on a water cooling system? We built our PC a while back and before we began the build we played with the idea of a water cooling system but decided against it. A few weekends ago we were at Micro Center and got into a conversation with a guy there (we complimented the helping hands kit that he picked up because we got the same one before) and he showed us a really cool case that looked a bit like a wooden boiler system that used a water cooling system, it was custom made, and we thought heck yeah that's awesome. Now we want to do a water cooling system for a new build, but I would like to know if any yous guys here have had experience either building or having a water cooling system and if there is anything that we should be concerned about before attempting this new project? Thanks in advance.

    Re: Water Cooing System

ive never done it myself but from what ive heard its a lot harder and a much bigger pain in the ass than a air cooled system for not a whole lot of extra cooling. I still see it as something that people who have extra money and extra time on their hands do for fun and not necessarily because it makes sense. if that's where your head is at then go for it. just make sure you are patient and dont have a tight budget.

or for maximum lulz, you could do something like this: http://www.pugetsystems.com/submerged.php

If you want to go with a great setup, Danger Den's customer support with help you every step of the way. I thought about going liquid cooling and they even had a drawing done up for me showing how I would have to do it for the amount of cooling I needed. (I have an HD6990, that'll literally boil water if left running).

Unfortunately, my current case is an EATX one so I'd have to go with external radiators to get proper cooling. The case has all the mounts for it and everything, but it just doesn't look right to me. My next build, though, I'm definitely going with them. They have everything you need for any project. Or you can go with Z-95's build :P
